Ratti Beach Cleaning Activity by Mandasa Development Society
Dear members, I am extremely happy to see the professional cleaning attempts (using Gloves, masks and trash bags) at the Ratti beach-front today by some of the enthusiastic members of the ‘Keep GreaterMandasa Clean Group’, a sub-group of ‘Mandasa Development Society’. Today’s your efforts are great ‘baby steps’ for a cleaner, greener and healthier environment for tomorrow. Please keep it up. Needless to say that with these small attempts of cleaning Ratti beach cannot make it completely free from pollutants. It is only a step to attract public awareness, so that visitors in future may try to keep their trash away from the beach area as much as possible. Hoping to see many more such environmental awareness activities, in near future, including in some of those street- corners that were unfortunately left neglected by Municipal workers. I wish Good Luck to you all.

(Note: Thanks to K. Hemanth for helping with the translation)
